A. By prior arrangement, the class can be recorded for you to catch up in your own time.

A. Given the nature of the course, students will get the most out of attending the full course as we will build upon the technique each week.

Q. Will this course be challenging enough for me? I perform in restaurants/at competitions

A. Yes! this course will be great for you to expand your technique arsenal, correct any bad habits and get inspired with new combinations and skills.

Q. Why have you limited participant numbers?

A. Participants are limited so that I can give each student time and attention, rather than for reasons of studio space. Once the course is full, it's full.
