Service Description
Each group member must book their ticket here in order to participate. Group members with a full pass get a £10 discount on entry - use code FULLPASS if you have one. One round- groups perform to their own music. Permitted styles: any style – e.g. oriental, drum solo, folklore, baladi, shaabi, fusion and show etc. Minimum 3 members, max ~10 members (please contact us if your group is larger than this). Please note the stage dimensions of 10 metres by 8 metres. Please note that dancers cannot compete in more than one group, but can compete in group and solo categories. Cancellation Policy
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the London Raks Intensive ("the Festival"). By paying the festival fee(s), participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms. All fees paid are non-refundable in case of participant cancellation. However, if the Festival is cancelled, fees paid to the festival organiser will be reimbursed. Participants may resell their place but must inform the organiser of the new participant's details. It is not the responsibility of the organiser to advertise the place, this is at the organisers discretion. Participants cancelling an instalment plan or failing to make payments will not receive a refund. The participant can resell their place. It is not possible to transfer payments in installments to another package e.g. from full pass to day pass. Full Pass and day pass is designated for one person – you cannot share your workshops, competition discount or competition & open stage or gala show tickets with another person. Discounts won from other festivals can only apply to the full pass and cannot be combined. They are non-transferable and subject to availability. Participants must ensure they are fit to dance and should consult a medical professional if needed. The organiser may substitute teachers due to unexpected circumstances (e.g. force majeure or illness), or make minor changes to the schedule. Participants acknowledge that the organiser is not responsible for any injuries or losses sustained during the event. The organiser is not responsible for participants’ belongings. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed for social media/promotion, unless you inform the organiser otherwise in advance of the event. Participants must be over 18 at the time of the event. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
